I like to work with my clients 1-1 so that I can make sure we cover every aspect of your journey. Being labelled a fitness instructor does not do justice for what I can offer as that is a small but crucial aspect of my strategy to achieving your goals. Personal training session are held in Pump Gyms Colchester where we would meet at set times in the week for 45 minutes to 1 hour sessions.
All my clients are individuals with individual needs! There is no such thing as an effective generalised strategy. Now that being said I customise your experience to you by taking some information about your lifestyle and biological traits. I use this information with the help of a Meal plan (bar code scannable) and shopping list based on your food preferences to make sure you get the most out of what you eat while still eating the foods that you enjoy!
I will sit down with you to discuss your goals and assess your fitness level. Then, I will create a bespoke workout program for you from scratch. I will also store the program on my exclusive members app 'BODY ARK PRO' which has the most up to date and modern features that you couldn't find on any other fitness app.
ONLINE COACHING ACADEMY
I have created a client coaching academy where you can learn all the best tips and tricks and access client lifestyle strategy guides with new content uploaded every month!
These coaching materials are all included in the coaching academy all coming with meal plans that are 'myfitnesspal' barcode scannable and shopping lists.

AM I A WEIGHT LOSS COACH?
Yes! absolutely I have been training people to lower their body fat for my entire career and it is something that I have perfected and have created exclusive weight loss content like a starting fat loss program and the final fat loss program.
I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE IN A GYM ENVIRONMENT.
If you are feeling unsure about whether you would like to train in a gym because you find that it can be intimidating or you have low self confidence, I can reassure you that the best place to train for amazing results would be in a gym I can provide consultations and give you a tour of the gym before you sign up so that you can assess whether you would be comfortable in that environment. Most people who attend the gym are focusing on themselves and are not looking at you so you won't feel like you are being stared at because you will blend right in.
