WILL I GET A MEAL PLAN?
The short answer is yes, however my clients are individuals with unique needs. A lot of Trainers swear by having a calorie deficit and the sad truth is the answer is yes but its much more complex than that. Its all about getting the right measurement and sometimes cutting to many calories can create more harm than its worth. Clients will receive a tailored meal plans and macronutrient strategy when they sign up with me.
MY FITNESS LEVEL IS TO LOW, I AM WORRIED IT WILL BE TO HARD FOR ME?
I care about your goals and I will decide what the appropriate level of intensity by learning about where you are mentally and physically.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
Having 10 years personal training experience I can tell you that I have come across many amazing people with such unique needs that have challenged me constantly to figure out what is the most effective training strategy and my conclusion was that there is no effective one size fits all solution. I provide complete bespoke solutions for all my clients.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER
This is entirely up to you, Although typically I have clients who train with me at least 1-3 times a week and will follow a plan that I create for them to use in the week to go through and train themselves so that they can maximise on their results.
HOW MUCH IS PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS IN THE U.K.
The standard U.K. personal training session for most trainers is £35 per hour. What I offer is not just personal training but a complete lifestyle change and the final solution you will ever need to reach your goal.
IS HAVING A PERSONAL TRAINER WORTH IT?
This depends on your willingness to embrace your personal trainers methods and also the quality of service.
