Your Fitness Mentor

I have been a personal trainer for just over 10 years learning the craft and what it takes to be a great trainer while improving my knowledge year by year so that I could make my coaching as effective as possible. I have trained many people with unique goals such as gym.

I have been training myself since I was 13 working out in my gym and my garage with a makeshift bench press my main goal was to get a 6 pack which became an unhealthy obsession. I reached my goal early on because I was already very skinny. I think at the time I thought I had worked hard for it and to some degree I did but becoming a personal trainer later in life I came to realise that not everyone has it as easy which has completely changed my perspective and made me understand that just because it worked for me doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.

Some fun facts about me are that I compete in calisthenics and have a passion for gymnastics, breakdancing and freestyle basketball. I also have non fitness related hobbies such as filmmaking.
