If you are looking for 1-1 Personal Training In Calisthenics E.g. Body Weight strength coaching or learning Calisthenics skills/ Gymnastics Skills such as: Handstands, Muscle ups, Human Flag, Planche, 1 arm pull up and much more.
1-1 Coaching for bodyweight training is available. Note that newcomers must be 18+ years if they wish to have 1-1 personal trainer for calisthenics. Depending on your level will decide what skills you will be able to start with. Absolute novices are welcome but some gym knowledge prior to training would be beneficial. If you wish to build up basic strength first before starting calisthenics I also provide coaching for gym beginners.
Calisthenics Gym (Equipment)
I train my clients for calisthenics at Pump Gyms Colchester. I have access to all my equipment stored their like my ring simulator, parralletes, bands and of course weights which are extremely useful for progressing through difficult calisthenics skills.
All client will receive a calisthenics program. Exercises that will progress you through the skills, Gain Strength and lose body fat according to your level.
Nutrition and Education.
Nutrition is an underrated part of calisthenics. For those serious about progressing it is something that would greatly benefit implementing straight away to see strength progress in a linear fashion.
