Make sure you choose wisely. Sometimes we think we have more time than we do. If you are sure you have time for Level 3 then go for it. But remember if you can't do all of the workouts do not feel guilty as it is an intense way to train. We can always reassess later.

This level consists of 10 cardio workouts a week Morning and Evening.
